Having worked at every level within construction from apprentice to director, Nick Cuffe made a point of treating everyone in the site team with respect. The spirit of collaboration his well-judged communication engendered resulted in a splendid project.
Indeed, relationships were the theme of the project. With difficult site access through a narrow residential road that restricted deliveries and site parking, Nick built exceptional relationships with local residents. So successful was he that several neighbours allowed site workers to park in their driveways.
Thanks to his extensive experience and skills, quality percolated through the scheme, which has rapidly attracted awards. Even the purchasers of the houses have been busy writing letters to the client to record their thanks to Nick for the fine workmanship of their homes.
Nick researched and spearheaded the timber-clad and render build for the properties, each of which is unique. His management of the project exceeded expectations and the client wants him as the construction manager of its next development.
